A team collaborating around a table
The Untoit perspective

We’ve seen the patterns.
We see the possibilities.

Between us, we’ve worked in more than 25 industries. Different products, different customers, different ways of doing things. Yet in offices across them all, we see the same friction: repeated data entry, disconnected tools and too much time spent chasing information.

Our work starts with listening. We pride ourselves on understanding what your customers need and how your team delivers it. We look for ways to make your existing tools work more efficiently, with a clear reason for every change.

Our perspective has been shaped by environments as varied as mining and construction, government and community programmes, telecommunications, project consultancy, medical equipment and medicine. We understand that a process has to work for the people delivering it as well as the customers relying on it.

Emma brings a focus on people, confidence and meaningful work. Harrison brings a commercial view of technology, capacity and the cost of inefficiency. Together, they shape a team that asks two questions of every improvement: will it make work better for people, and will it create value for the business?

Many perspectives. One team.

People behind the progress.

Emma Clark, Managing Director of Untoit Projects

Emma Clark

Managing Director

Emma believes people should have room to grow and enjoy the work they do. Her focus is on freeing teams from repetitive tasks so they can put their energy into the work that needs their ideas, judgement and care.

Her experience spans mining, construction, architectural materials, government, charity and education, with work across the UK, Germany and Australia. From community capacity-building and disability-focused training to commercial environments, she brings a broad understanding of how different organisations work and what people need to embrace change.

Her work introducing technology into education earned her the nickname “Big Mother” in the UK press, with those innovations continuing to have an impact today. That same people-first perspective shapes Untoit: listen carefully, make technology useful and give teams the confidence to move forward.

Harrison French, Director of Technology at Untoit Projects

Harrison French

Director of Technology

Harrison spots practical ways to make work more efficient. Across telecommunications, project management consultancy, medical equipment manufacturing and medicine, he has introduced new technology and helped teams get more from the tools already in place.

His experience spans telecommunications, project management consultancy, medical equipment manufacturing and the pharmaceutical sector. He brings a commercial perspective to technology, looking beyond features to customer outcomes, team performance and the capacity for growth. For Harrison, a useful solution must deliver in daily operations and on the balance sheet.

He views digital transformation through a financial lens. If inefficient work consumed 30% of a company’s time, how much growth and potential revenue would be left on the table? His focus is on understanding that cost, making practical improvements and measuring the value they create.
