Keep what works.
Connect what doesn’t.
We assess the tools you already use before proposing something new. The aim is a dependable flow of information, with clear ownership at every step.
A connection needs
more than a cable.
Which record is authoritative? What triggers the update? What happens if it fails? These questions matter as much as whether two systems can talk to each other.
Clear rules. Dependable handovers.
One business.
Many moving parts.
Customer & sales records
Contacts, opportunities, ownership and handover details.
Email & collaboration
Requests, notifications, tasks and the context behind a decision.
Ordering & finance
Products, orders, approved pricing and the information needed downstream.
Stock & operations
Items, locations, movements, availability and fulfilment status.
Forms & spreadsheets
Valuable working tools that may need clearer structure or fewer duplicate copies.
Reporting & visibility
Views that help the right person see what needs attention.
What we check
before connecting.
Access & capability
Supported connections, available interfaces, plan restrictions and the permissions required.
Data & direction
Which system owns each field, how records match and whether information should move one way or both.
Timing & reliability
When updates are needed, how delays are handled and what should happen when a service is unavailable.
People & maintenance
Who owns the workflow, who reviews exceptions and how a future change will be tested.
Start with the simplest
connection that meets the need.
Sometimes that is a better configuration inside a single tool. Sometimes it is a supported integration. Sometimes a tailored connection is justified. We assess the options against your requirements rather than starting with a favourite platform.
Do we have to change our existing software?
Our starting point is to improve how your existing tools are used. We consider replacement only where a clear requirement cannot reasonably be met, and discuss the implications with you.
Can every system be connected?
No. Access, supported interfaces, subscription plans, vendor restrictions and data quality affect what is possible. We assess these before committing to a particular connection.
What if the data is messy?
We identify the information the workflow needs, agree the authoritative record and address the issues that would make automation unreliable. Not every historical record needs to be cleaned before a focused improvement can start.
How do permissions fit into a project?
Access should match the work being performed. During scoping, identify the data needed, who should be able to view or change it and who approves access. Do not share passwords or sensitive customer records through the enquiry brief.
